Experience the best of Park City with the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and the fun of a group setting. This trip is designed to build friendships and make world-class skiing accessible to everyone.

Accommodation & Pricing

We are sharing a premium condo to keep costs down. Each room/bed is priced differently based on the setup:

• Primary King w. private bath $700 (1 available; can be shared for $400/pp)
• Full in shared room $500 (2 available)
• Twin in shared room $400 (2 available)
NOTE: No refunds unless we cannot fill the entire condo. If you need to cancel, you need to fill yout own spot.

Note: If you prefer to book your own lodging nearby, you are still welcome to join us for all group activities and mixers!

The Experience

Whether you are a double-black diamond expert or a first-timer on the bunny slopes, this trip is for you. We focus on the social side of the mountain:

• On-Slope Meetups: Mid-day lodge lunches and scenic group photo ops.
• Après-Ski: Daily happy hours to celebrate the day's runs.
• Mountain Connect Mixer: A special evening event to meet even more skiers and riders from the broader group.

Logistics & Coordination

We make the planning easy so you can focus on the snow:

• WhatsApp Group: Used for coordinating airport rides, travel from the Bay Area, and real-time mountain meetups.
• Food & Drink: We will collaborate on a communal grocery list for breakfasts and snacks.
• Dining: The group will handle reservations for a few "Big Nights Out" at Park City’s best restaurants.

Housekeeping & Condo Courtesies

To ensure everyone has a great time, we follow a few simple rules:

• Quiet Hours: Respecting everyone’s rest for early morning tracks.
• The "Snore" Clause: If you are a loud sleeper or prone to snoring, please alert Jana (Yana) privately so we can arrange the best room placement for everyone’s comfort.
• General Respect: Keeping common areas tidy and being a helpful "condo-mate."
