Based in Nendaz, right in the heart of the 4 Vallées ski area, and with stupendous views across the Sion Valley, Sommet et Neige Ski Centre boasts a plum in the middle, all in one place facility where you can rent your skis, choose your ski kit from the in house shop, book any number of lessons, from performance to beginner, knowing you are in the expert hands of a talented group of multinational ski instructors.

​Set up a decade ago by ski guru Jamie Kagan and his wife, the school has been at the centre of ski instructor development, with Jamie himself being  qualified to the highest levels with varying ski formation associations,  from the Irish system ( IASI), the Canadian  and New Zealand systems, and more recently the revolutionary PSIE,  holding prestigious positions around the globe in ski education and development . All the other director trainers hold the highest level 4 qualifications in one or more of these systems.

​The school provides instructor training for levels 3 and 4 trainees, who, once qualified, are adept at identifying technical difficulties and aim to improve ski performance through an understanding of how skiing actually works; your body positioning, your uses of edging and pressure, and will employ accurate strategies, drills and exercises to ensure maximum enhanced improvement throughout your training and performance weeks. Their goal is to not only to improve your skiing, but help you to understand HOW you can achieve results. 

​Our Sommet et Neige /WoW collaboration will be set in a super central lifestyle hotel in the centre of Nendaz village, right near the lifts, with an option for half board and ski rental from the Sommet et Neige shop.

The resort of steamboat is comprised of six peaks boasting nearly 3000 acres of skiable terrain.  All levels of skiers will have plenty of fun on this mountain.  Want some tree skiing?  Pioneer Ridge, Sunshine and Storm peak are Steamboats’ particular claim to fame with champagne powder in the trees for the most avid powder hounds.

Your accommodations will slope side at the newly renovated Gravity Haus.  This ski in/ ski out hotel offers an onsite restaurant as well as a bar and lounge.  The outdoor heated pool and hot can make a great end to your ski day!

Steamboat springs is easily accessible by shuttles services from either the Yampa valley airport (HDN 45 minutes drive) or from Denver airport (DEN 3.5 hour drive).

Ski all week with us or use your day off to enjoy the hot springs or the many other activities this ski resort offers.  As with most ski towns a local bussing system offers free transportation between the ski area and downtown.

This retreat falls over the Lake Tahoe Snowfest, meaning there’ll be a bunch of fun local events to take part in!

Join us for a winter retreat centered on skiing and snowboarding at Lake Tahoe at a beautiful cabin in Tahoe City, super close to the Snowfest activities and a 10 min drive to Palisades/Alpine where we’ll be skiing. We’ll hit the slopes by day and by night we’ll enjoy what Tahoe has to offer during Snowfest. Think: Live music, fireworks and a brewfest with live music (NA options included). This is one of the most fun times of the year to visit Tahoe. All Snowfest activities are optional––this is a choose your own adventure retreat, so if you’d prefer to stay in and read by the fire, that is A-OK.
