When: Friday 1/9-1/11 2026

Where: Mammoth Lakes, CA (in town - address to be emailed to attendees)

RSVP for one of the following lodging options:

Loft twin or trundle - (4) Twins $250 each

Private Queen $400

Private Master w/bath - $500

2 Bedroom condo with loft at Snowflower condos in town

Parking permit is available for only 2 cars for those who book the private rooms. Parking for those in the loft is park at your own risk. If the complex is full, there is alternative parking on Meadow Lane the side street that boarders the property closest to the creek (short walk to unit)
Parking is also available at the Mammoth RV Park for a fee. 
We can coordinate drop off pickup if offsite parking is necessary.

NOTE: No refunds are issued outside of listed above. We are making the reservation and payment on your behalf in advance. Refunds offered only if you find a replacement for your empty spot (same sex spot as your spot if required)
